I just did the same, red car, results looks similar. Not been waxed in over 5 years.

claybar
wash
touched up stone chips
masked off windows and trim

Porter Cable Buffed with:
3M Perfectit III Heavy Cut-Lake Country orange pad
Menzerna Intensive Polish-Lake Country white pad
Menzerna Final Polish II-Lake Country black pad
NXT wax-applied by hand

Front bumper got a wet sand with 3000 grit since it was so beat up.
