Just thought some of you might be interested in this now that I got the sub to fit in the OEM enclosure pretty well.

The enclosure went through some surgery with a dremel diamond wheel. I admit the fitment isnt perfect, and the seat barely touches the sub ring. But that could be resolved by trimming the ring some, or notching out a small section of the pressboard seatback panel.

I believe the sub is 6 inches; it packs a pretty good low end punch for its size.

The glue looking stuff is silicon, and the black material is a really high density heavy duty 'rubber' carpet runner material, which I used to be sure the seal was perfect. There was a 1/8 inch gap from the sub ring to the enclosure lip, and this was going to get a better seal.
