I have a JDM 2jz ge non-vvti. Alternator stopped working. Upon investigating. I have an oil leak. By the distributor, water pump. The whole drive side of the engine. What do you guys recommend I replace? Parts? Gaskets and seals

It's probably the distributor o-ring. It's a common problem with NAs. The oil leaks down onto the alternator and fries it. Happened to me.

It's a simple fix. Remove distributor, remove bad o-ring, install new o-ring, reinstall distributor, adjust timing. Oh, and have the alternator rebuilt.

And possibly replace your cam cover gaskets while you are at it, as they're prone to leaking, too.
That's waaaayyyyyyy more work on an NA, and bad valve cover gaskets usually show up as a leak in the rear (or obvious leak from the gasket). Front cam seal leaks show up on the other side of the front of the engine.
