Good afternoon everyone,

I've recently bought an aristo 2jzgte vvti and I'm putting it in a jdm 95 Supra. I am purchasing extras I need to complete the set-up and I'm currently looking into exhaust components. I've noticed that some downpipes/midpipes that are listed for sale say they can't be used with a vvti 2j. I can't seem to find the reason for this. Any help would be much appreciated. I've searched the forums and a few others but I can't seem to find an answer. Any help/ recommendations would be appreciated.
Oh, also I'd like to keep my rear catalytic converter for emission reasons.
Thank you for any help.

The jdm vvti turbos have a smaller output flange, so the “jdm” or “vvti specific” downpipes are made to match up with this smaller flange. The USDM non vvti turbo flange is bigger, like true 3”. Not sure on jdm size but it’s like 2.5” roughly.

Okay, awesome. So if I'm replacing the stock turbos and manifold with a single turbo setup it doesn't really matter what I use then?
Thank you for the help btw!
