Has anyone used an ssqv bov mounted to 3" intercooler piping? What flange did you use? The 60mm aluminum? The largest I can find is 65mm steel, yet I want to use 3.0" (76mm) aluminum piping... Any suggestions?

So the biggest aluminum flange you can get is 60mm? The real reason I'm asking is because I'm ordering the large megan racing intercooler from 935motorsports and I'd rather go ahead and throw the ssqv flange in with the order instead of paying separately for shipping on this item down the road....

It doesn't mean that it only works on 60mm, it works on larger piping as well...

60mm is the only size they make in aluminum. It will work on a 3" pipe just fine. I had the HKS Racing Type 2 on a 3" pipe and it worked fine. Didn't really have to build up any welds or anything, it fit on there fine. How do you think those MKIV guys are running aluminum pipes? They use the same HKS 60mm aluminum flange as everybody else.
