That looks like the same manifold That has popped up all over the place for like $300 bucks.........Who the hell is making these because there are a ton of places selling them and they all look identical. Mine was sold as 304 though so you might want to check and make sure it is 321

You'd need an alloy analyzer or send out a sample to a metallurgical lab.

If you have a recycler in your area you could take it there...they usually have the hand held analyzers.
