like it says, i need a new turbo for my mk3, and i found a used one for pretty decent off of a celica. Its a ct26, so it will line up with my mani and lines right? ne thoughts. thanx

the biggest diff. i see from a pic i have, is that the turbo doesnt have an internal waste gate actuator, and it looks like the exhaust gets bolted on a little diff. HMMM.... im prob going to have to find one off of another supra :( poo

keep an eye out on ebay... that's what I did...

and no, the 7M's CT26 and the 3S's are different on the exhaust side as well as internals... (a CT26 from an MR2 will not bolt up to a 7M).

The 3SGTE CT26 has a 7-bolt turbo > downpipe flange.

The 3SGTE CT26 has a twin-port wastegate actuator (one port from each side of the duel-entry housing).

The 3SGTE CT26 uses a smaller compressor than the 7M version.

The 3SGTE Sucks ass. If it can barely breath past 5500 on a 2L, prepare to have the powerband of a turbo-diesel on a 7M (1.5k - 4.5K woot woot!).
