5 point harness

I recently tried to install a 5 point harness. i originally bolted the two shoulder straps to the floorboard directly behind the seat. I have since found out that it is recommended that those straps go at a 45 degree angle. So my question is where do people bolt the straps to (without a roll bar/cage)
