Besides the trd lsd is their a cheaper option? Did toyota ever come out with a factory 5 speed lsd? Any way to modify my stock diff? I was told minispool and a different size gear ring would work. true or false? If thats true, would 4.27 gears be better than the 6 speed 3.13?

You can try to find an Auto TT LSD. That will fit.

My car came 5spd with LSD. I've been looking at finding Auto gears or a whole Auto LSD diff...3800 RPM at 85 drives me nuts!

for a non-6spd car yes...but I believe you have to swap on your companion flange attached to the pinion gear (the part that the driveline bolts to). The EPC shows different numbers for 6spd, ATM Turbo, and NA's for the companion flange and the driveshaft coupler is different between turbo and NA's
