650cc injectors

tuning:
maft
3 bar map
electronic boost controller

engine:
probe .040 over pistons
eagle h-beam rods
3 angle valve job
new bearing all around

exhaust:
jt66 turbo
stock manifold
bic 3" downpipe rerouted wastegate
blitz nurspec cat back
high flow cat

intake:
stock manifold
spearco replica 18.5 x 6 x 3.5 bar and plate
lipp intercooler piping kit

any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. i will be getting a driveline to support this so that is no worry.

first , 0.40 over ?? is there deep scoring ?


IMO a mkiv TT pump > the W255. quieter , and more reliable


you won't need to upgrade the fuel rail .



lastly, i don't see anything about BHG prevention :D








get a nice clutch, some stickys for the rear , and let her rip

.040 over, because i already have the pistons from my previous motor.

and i forgot to mention, i have arp studs and am getting either a cometic or hks mhg.

could you elaborate on the mk4 fuel pump? does it flow the same?

You got plenty of turbo and fuel, so 500rwhp won't be a problem. And neither will the Walbro pump, that's what I've been running the last 6 years.
