Came across a crazy deal on a Gen 2 7685 Sportsman with a 1.15 SS-Vband Housing and the T51r Mod that I just couldn't pass up so it will be going on my stock motor for a little while before doing a motor, coming from a JB 6766 I'm sure its going to be a lot lazier, but just trying to get in the ball park of when I should expect to start making some jam lol. I know there are plenty of factors, but the only 7685 dyno graphs I've been able to find are all on strokers or have a QSV, or both.

Thanks for your input!

900 RPMs later would be my guess if you believe the old every mm on the compressor = 100 RPMs spool time....

you're gonna have something like 1500rpm of usable power band, at best.
About what I expect. I'm hoping for 2000, 6K-8K would be acceptable for me for the interim. Can only hope for so much when you're making 1300hp out of a 3.0

you're spinning the stock longblock to 8K?
I know someone local whose done this, their rodbolts jumped ship not long after at just 580hp/490tq.

After you get it built with cams, bumped compression, and port the stock ass cast head I think 2500K is likely(5500-8000). Maybe another 300-500rpm with VVTi.

Been spinning 8K for 2+ years at 850whp/700tq. It already has GSC S2s and Springs, Non-VVTI, but will definitely be bumping compression when I do a built motor.
