Here's how to get the blue to work
Esp for the timing.... Other than that, everything is straight forward.

You'll need to cut the injector wires and send them to the respective inputs on the emanage. Also since it's batch injection it's a little messy, you'll have to tinker to see if it works well instead of just adding signal like the blue does (that is if you want to remove fuel via pulse width)

That being said use the blue settings for the ultimate and you should be able to do just about all the same stuff. Also I recommend searching... I have used the Emanage for 20 years or so and I have a facebook page on this. I even got E85 blending working ;P
