Would a 7MGTE stock turbo exhaust manifold fit a 7MGE non turbo head? Are the bolt patterns the same, so i could use the stock 7MGTE manifold om a 7MGE head??

Yes.

Cams, pistons, and number of knock sensors are the major 7MGE->7MGTE differences.

^yup heads are the same. only difference is the intake cam. turbo has 2 knock sensors versus one on the ge and the n/a's have high compression pistons. the rods are the same. gte's have oil squirters tho but if you ran a good free flow oil system that shouldnt be much of a problem. might also want to run the gte manifold if you switch to a gte ecu.
