Got an 89 NA who's heater control valve's solenoid is fubar. I've yanked a couple
junkyard ones and they are not working out and I don't want to pay $150 for the OEM
Toyota one because that is everything, VSV and the solenoid all in one and I just need the solenoid.

Is there any other option for maybe other car's solenoids that would work out there or
another vendor I can use to JUST get the solenoid replaced??

Any advice, help, etc, is of course greatly appreciated!

if you dont mind losing the ac you can just bypass the whole valve. just buy a connector that will work. ive got it done that way on all three of mine.

No, I want the heat and the A/C so I need them both to function normally.

Anyone else have tips on this?
