Hi

I was dumb enough to place an order with 935motorsports. I paid $450 by paypal. I took excuses and more excuses and now I've had enough.

Anyone got an address for these jerk(s)?

Boy this shit kills me. There are a thousand and 1 new shops and performance places opening up every day. The majority of them suck so bad its ridiculous and the quality of work that is generated from these places is catostophic at best.

The market is flooded out with every Tom, dick, And Harry claiming to be a tuner or fabricator, or builder, etc and its a joke.

Stick with the people who have been around along time and who have proven themselves in the industry. Many of them are sponsors here on SF and others are well known enough that you can feel safe doing business with them.

I hate hearing about people being ripped off and even more so I hate having to clean up some other shmucks mess under a hood etc. Nothing turns me off more then having to re-do a car that some one did with no experience or knowledge.

Not to change the subject here just bummed out about all the scammers and crap shops that somehow manage to sucker in SF members. :(

As 935 were a sponsor here and the guy who runs it is a member I thought they would be OK!

I payed in December last year and eBay will not recover your money if you do not report it within 30 days.

Good to see that the people who know where this sucker is are choosing to stay silent! Nice to know you can rely on the fellow members when you are stuck!

935 Motorsports has never been a sponsor of SF, so he already lied to you off the bat. I am still waiting for the two individuals to chime in who called me an idiot for saying 935 Motorsports is a bad "company" to deal with.

SlimFastSupra, are you trying to give the impression that YOU are not 935motorsports? Your posts confuse me. If you are 935, as I believe, is going against Paypal your only solution to this and related issues?

I run 935, during regular hours. That's why I'm asking these people or anyone else to contact 935. My screen name here is my personal name, so I do not relate it to 935 Motorsports in any way. This is just my name to participate in the forums and talk about my Supra and help other supra owners.

I see the post here, yet my business inbox is empty. A screen name doesn't tell me anything. Direct email is the best way. 935 Motorsports will be open for business first thing Monday morning for any and all issues.

A Paypal Refund:

If someone requests a refund from Paypal after the initial 30 days, paypal will deny it. After 60 days, the refund option on the business side will be removed. That means it is not possible to refund a person without having that person lose fees. However, when you appeal the finding, Paypal will force the refund and no fees are lost on either end.

Of course, a cash refund works, but if they don't email and open the communication lines, then that can't happen.

Just curious... what are the details of the problem YOU experienced with 935?
All I have seen is insults posted by you, but nothing really to back it up. :sadwavey:

Fortunately I don't have any details of problems I have encountered with 935 Motorsports. The negative posts I see concerning them deter me from shopping with you guys. You have two customers in this thread wondering where their parts are at, how about you employees spend your energy taking care of them first. When I see more praises about your company, maybe I'll change my opinion.

Hello

Robert is a good guy and I have dealt with him for years now and I do not just live next door to him, I actually live in Denmark - Europe. I have bought many items over the years and I have never had a singe problem. I have even experienced more than once, that my parts were shipped before my payment arrived. I know 935 is a small company compared to some of the bigger vendors on this forum but a fraud company – I would indeed say no!!

When a singe guy is running a company that starts to expand, there will be periods when things are moving too slow but I'm sure things will be solved in the end. Why is it that you never hear about the hundreds of positive transactions but only about the 5 negative ones? No mater how good you are, there will be mistakes and the point is HOW things are solved in the end. Even the big vendors on this forum have unsatisfied customers and for sure some of those do have a case!

Best regards from Denmark- Europe

I ordered and paid for some poly bushes and a ZT2 wide band setup 3 Dec 2004.

I got various acknowledgements from the website then nothing. After two months I emailed via the 935 webiste. I got a reply in February with Robert Pina telling me his paypal had been blocked and my parts would be on the way soon.

By the middle of March I had heard nothing so emailed Robert saying that I wished to cancel the order if the parts were not going to be with me very soon. Robert replied saying the parts would be on their way very soon. I emailed back asking for a specific date and received no reply. I emailed again a couple of days later and received no reply.

In April I emailed Robert to cancel the order and ask for a refund. Robert sent me an email saying the parts would be with me real soon. I emailed back telling Robert that I just wanted my money back. I got no reply

I lodged a claim with Paypal and it was deferred.

The end of April I emailed Robert telling him I would take legal action to recover the money as my account on the 935 website had been locked. He replied claiming that he had tried to refund me the money via Paypal but could not. Then he emailed asking for my Paypal details then I heard nothing.

I had some personal business to deal with and let this slip for a couple of weeks.

Middle of March I again sent emails to Robert offerring a last chance to refund me before I start the legal action. I get more excuses from Robert.

17 May I get a reply to an email from Robert telling me that he will refund me as soon as he adds funds to his paypal account. No refund as yet though?

Paypal have re-opened the case for me and are looking into the matter.

So Robert can take your money, spend it on something else, and now not have money to refund you? The money shouldn't have even been removed from the account until your parts were shipped. Reminds me of George at Boost Solutions. He did the same thing, now he's out of business and left many people hanging.

Formal does not tell you the whole story.

The ZT2 unit and Bushings he ordered are HERE. This is where his money went. Now he wants a refund and will not take NO for an answer. So to pay for his refund, I have to add money from my personal account.

Now I am left holding the items and paying him back. The problem is that Paypal takes the money right away, yet many items are special order like the Bushings. So the bushings are finally here but the customer is upset about the money missing for so long. I really need to look into a merchant account which will only let me charge when the items finally arrive.

Luckily Formal is now refunded and things are back in order. I have the same situation with Kermit. I notified him that his items are here as well, and he just asked for a refund also through Paypal. It becomes difficult when people no longer want their items and post on forums instead of communicating directly.

Sorry but if you had told me I would have to wait six months to get my parts I would have told you not to bother.

Good customer service involves keeping customers informed and not making excuses when you cannot deliver.
