Hi again,

So I've finally completed the swap on my 94, originally NA 2JZ-GE, JDM Supra

I've swapped in a 2JZ-GTE VVTi, stock ECU, stock turbos, and a TT A340E to pair with it.
Mods include - HKS intake, Garage Whifbitz downpipe with restrictor plate, Blitz Exhaust, AEM fuel pump, eBay intercooler (for now), Mishimoto radiator+fans. Yet to change spark plugs.

Car runs and drives - great when cruising (no WOT), however, if I push it sometimes, the check engine light will come on and the throttle will "limp" - basically, once the check engine light pops on, and I floor the accelerator, there is a very long delay before it even revs up.

Does this have to do with the throttle position sensor? Or is this some kind of fuel cut?

Sounds like unclaibrated throttle sensor. Fuel cut would be a surge ,then like hitting a wall and no power. Why haven't you changed spark plugs and what gap are you using?
