I need to know the part numbers to the 98 spec. headlights, and front turn signals. I am going to install them on my 93 Supra, so do I need to modify anything to make them if?
Thanks for the info.:)

They should fit in fine. You will just have an extra light since the '98s don't have the little "city light".
Thanks for the info SupraDawg

Anyone know were I can get the part numbers to the 98 spec. front headlights? I tried to look for them on MKIV.com, but they did not list them. I also don't trust the local Toyota dealer, they usually no nothing about the Supra.

Thanks
go to toyota

I'd order mine from Jay Marks toyota if from anywhere. I've ordered parts from toyota and its not to hard to specify by looking on there computer. They can get headlights next day usually, if its not what you want dont buy them. Your looking to spend close to $400 each headlight! Maybe you wanna check out the glass ones the sell at suprastore.com ??
Yeah I put the glass European light on my 94 and they look sweeeeeet! Plus they're just over $400 for the pair from MVP as opposed to $400 each for the 98s...
try

mvpmotorsports.com

better than toyota prices.

?

The man..do you happen to have any pics of those euro spec lights on your car? i want to see what they look like as opposed to the other headlights..since im interested in them..plus they arent' that expensive.

I don't really care about the price, because I'm going to get it at wholesale price. I just need the part numbers. I called the local Toyota dealer and they didn't even know that there was such a thing as 98 spec. lights. They told me that Toyota used the same light from 93-98. Can anyone tell me Jay Marks number?

Thanks:)

Sorry, I forgot to login under my name (Parham). This is my brothers screen name. Sorry for any confusion.

If you are in Houston I would just drive down to Jay Marks and save on shipping from anywhere else.

I didnt know that Jay Marks could obtain the glass headlights for me otherwise i would have gone down there and gotten them myself. I guess i'll go there and see what they have got.

Yep, that where mine and all the original sets came from. Ask for Jeff Watson.
I got one question on the Euro headlights... I notice they look a LOT shinier, and more luxerious.. very nice comparison shots.. but I also notice the US spec headlights have a VERY faint yellowish sorta tint/coloration to the 9006 lowbeam lenses... from the photos the Euros look like they dont have this very slight yellow color to them.. is this true or am I just seeing things, I would imagine that if they do not then headlights would look a lot nicer in the Euro spec lights, the lenses look more clear/black than foggy/yellow tinted... can anyone verify this, will HID's look even more purple like an Audi/BMW than compared to the US spec lights? If so I may just buy myself some Euros.. I really want the 98 style ones because of the black insides they have, but if they still have the same not as nice lenses for the low beams I will probably go Euro... or do the 98 style headlights lose that slight discoloration too?

I think what I was saying may have been a little confusing so here are some of the photos I am talking about..

Notice how the flash from the lense lights up both lenses, the Euros look more clear/nice than the US Spec.. does that make the light color when headlights are on look better as well? or is the camera just playing tricks on me, they really do look a lot cleaner on the Euros.. I just hope my eyes arent fooling me..

and here are some more examples...

If what im seeing is correct, I think HIDs would probably look EVEN BETTER with these, correct?.. I have always sorta disliked the discoloration I get from the lenses, I hope I just realized a solution! :D

Yeah the Euros do look way more clear with no colouring. I even put the same bulbs form my old set in the new set just to make sure and they shine through really clear and white. I'm sure the HIDs would look awesome in them.
They really set off my car compared to the old ones and they look really classy IMHO. I actually prefer these to the look of the 98s once I saw them in person...
Wow thanks for clarifying that.. I think ill order myself some Euros.. saves me a bunch of money over the 1997/98 style ones, and they are more unique anyway.. plus even if I get the 98's It will still be foggy plastic compared to that sparkling crystal like glass :D

I still cant get over those side by side shots, those things are SO DAMN SHINY... is the chrome actually a lot more polished as well, or is the glass making all of the difference... it looks like a combination of both to me...
I think the finish on the inside is a little nicer and the glass outter just magnifies that factor...
Those are my pics.... I actually did some hand polishing on the plastic headlights with some novus. They ended up looking a lot better, but not good enough. I didnt pull them apart though. Yellowed lights just kill the look of the Supra IMO. If you buy brand new US spec lights they will look just as good, but will begin to fade and yellow quickly. My glass euro lights looks just as good as when I bought them after six months.
I thought that Toyota fixed the fadding problem in the 97-98 spec. lights.
Euro Headlights.

With the Euro Headlights - is the inside black (like the 97/98 headlights) or chrome (like the 93.5-96 headlights?)

I like the glass part - but I really like the black interior on the 97/98 headlights better. I wish I had the part numbers for you - since I put the 97/98 headlights on my 94. Clean, clear headlights do wonders for a car's looks... plus coupled w/ HIDs - make for much better visibility at night.

I'm thinking of drilling a big hole in my old passenger side headlight where the high beam/high beam parabolic reflector goes, so I can use it at the track (road racing) for increased air flow in... Seen some drag cars do that. What do you think?

here have you my euro spec lights:

they cost about 550 dm~300 $ each...
the parts n° for turn lights i will send you later...
by turn lights you must change some connectors - these are turn lights+city lights... but this is no problem...
