The knock on n/a mkiv's has gotten really ridiculous. Sometimes I think that I'm being tested more than with my mkiii n/a-must be fkack about the price. 300Z n/a's are great competition as the 14.1 on the
www.Z32racing.com website attests. Some of the other challenges are unwarranted & should be "rewarded" by pocket money in the hands of the mkiv n/a owner.
An interesting post put a stock mkiii turbo vs a mkiv n/a stock for stock & the specs (drivers) favored the mkiv n/a. This is not to knock the mkiii, (I'm a former owner of one) but a testament to the lack of performance developments for this configuration. I think the cars are very much underated as well, but with a turbo to tune, why bother?
We can beat quite a few n/a V6's & V8's. The true test will be how we fare against the new 350Z (them stock vs us bpu) while Toyota ponders the mkv Supra!
