not really. HKS stuff is the best in quality. You should have no problems.

Have a nice breaker bar avaiable for the nuts on the muffler pipe/ cat...that or a impact gun...though the impact gun makes a little mess of the screws...

soak the exhaust bolts in WD-40 if they are rusted...other than that you should have no problems.
