Hey whats up people. I just had a quick question regarding the wires for the ac compressor plug on the engine harness side. I have 3 wires going to the plug a red with white stripe, black with white stripe and an all grey. My ac compressor has 4 wires. @ near the pulley (one is actually grounded to the compressor) and 2 grey ones coming out of the compressor body. Does anyone know how this hooks up?

The new compressor I installed had a different plug then my engine harness side.

This is for a 1994 supra that has an aristo jdm swap. Thanks

pin 1 and 2 complete the circuit for the AC lock sensor, pin 4 goes to the AC magnetic clutch relay in the fuse box

Thanks very much for the response! I suck at wiring, but Im going to look into it. I would assume on that the two grey wires coming out of the compressor body is goes to pin1 and pin2 (doesn't matter if they are switched around?) and the non grounded wire coming from the ac compressor pulley goes to pin4? Thanks again.

Ok, I just checked pin4 and I am getting 12v with the ac button AND 12v with the ac button off. I would assume, I should be seeing ov when the ac button is off.

Any ideas?

Yes it does. I know my 92 SC300 and JDM Supra TT VVT-i engine had those pins switched.

dload the 1995 supra repair manual, it's floating around somewhere on the internet.

what happened when you switched them around or when they were switched?

no idea. my AC didn't work before I started the swap and I haven't got around to fixing it yet.
