I accidently applied Novus plastic scratch remover on my cars black paint (I know, that was stupid of me!). How can I remove it? (It's a very small area by the way). What can I use to polish it out? I was thinking rubbing compound. Please if anyone is an expert at removing stupid things like these please let me know...:pat:

Yes,
try rubbing compound. If that does not work, have it buffed out at your local auto body shop for about $10.00. All they will do is using rubbing compound and buff it out.

Also You may want to try ScratchX from Meguiars

Hope that helps!
