hey all, while doing my auto to manual swap, i noticed that the flex plate bolts were too short to bolt the flywheel to the back of the crank, so i used a rubber mallet and tapped the flywheel closer to where i could use the bolts that originally fastened the flex plate.

now after mounting and bolting in the tranny and everything else i hop back on the forums only to read that the flywheel bolts are longer than the flex plate bolts!!

would there be any problems from using shorter bolts??
