Hello everyone,

My name is Adam G, I have been lurking around the forums since I owned my first 1995 White NA 5spd in 2003. I was out of the Supra game due to college expenses for a few years and found my way back in 2011-2012, then joined as a member. I just wanted to say that many of you without even knowing it have inspired me to pursue my dream of building a supra and customizing it to my desire. I just wanted to say thank you for those who have helped me, for those who have inspired me, and to those who have had my back throughout the entire process so far. I am nowhere close to being done, as this is just the beginning. This is not a crazy 1,000 HP single build and will not be exciting to a lot of you guys, but I have put a lot of $ and effort into this so I hope some of you enjoy.

I purchased my 2nd MKIV in April of 2012 after 6 months of research and saving. I stumbled across a for sale ad from Owensboro, KY. It was an ad for a 2 owner (leased for 2 years, then owned for 17 years) bone stock, clean, 5spd NA supra with appx 140K miles on it. The car had been garaged for a few years and was owned by a priest, yes a priest. It had the Jesus fish sticker on the back of the car and all. After reviewing the condition and maintenance records, I drove down to KY two days later with cash in hand. Tires were dry rotted from sitting, headlights were fogged out, leather on seats luckily had been replaced two years prior, body and paint was in good shape for a black 93.5, it had a rough idle and you could also tell the clutch had never been replaced. After a test drive and quick inspection, I knew this was the platform to build my dream car and hopefully some day pass it down in the family whenever I leave this world.
After a year of owning the car, I started on the basic OEM upgrades (headlights, taillights, turn signals ect). Got married in 2014 then started saving for the GTE swap. My wife is such a huge advocate of me following my dreams to build this Supra. She has been there every step of the way.

I pulled the GE motor in late February 2015 after returning from our Honeymoon in Jamaica. Purchased a non-vvti 2jzgte aristo motor the following week. So this is an aristo GTE swap into 93.5 NA 5spd MKIV. Full USDM conversion. Staying on stock twins for now with W58 until full drivetrain upgrade is feasible, then onto single upgrade.

Here is a list of mods that have been added to the car since I purchased in 2012:

Pics will come soon, having some computer issues. The car is not running yet, I still need to wire in the TT fuel pump ecu. She is turning over but not starting. Manually ran the pump and got fuel to the fuel rail. Pump not turning on with key.

TT fuel pump ecu on the left, NA on the right. just received the body harness clip for the TT fuel ecu.
The car is not gettting fuel on turn of key, hopefully this ecu will change that. Able to bypass and manually run pump to get fuel to rail, but no start. Turnover sounds good. Will keep you guys updated once the ecu is in. If not I may have to check my 6spd USDM main ecu
