Well, My Door label is missing along the Door plate Label. I believe the Door Post label was removed when working on a Post Dent I wanted Fix a Few Years ago and the Door was replaced with a New One(By a toyota dealer a few monts before I bough the car in Florida). Im In PR Now so the receipt for the door will be very dificult to get

A New Shop is willing the make themself responsible for the door Label Plate since they will be painting the car. But I need a receipt for the new door, witch I dont Have.

Is there any number in the door that could be traced for their identification. How I know a door is new or is original once both where painted. The question goes , since I will be taking the vehicle for inspection to get new labels, If I say is a new door they will requiere the buying receipt witch I dont Have. If the shop saids it painted the door while repairing the door post and door, since this was a replacement new door Then The Inspectors will open the panel and will see is a new door and will ask for the receipt anyway or there will be inconsistencies.

I need some basic info on doors numbers, Label Placement and indicators on how to identify the original door, Otherwise will need to buy another door just t get the receipt before taking the Car for inspection to get the labels.

Any Advice. Labels diagram for MKIV will be appreciated

You're pretty much out of gas, man. The new door shell does come with "RDOT" label, if the paint shop did not remove it when prepping for paint, the box the door comes in should have instructions that say not to remove the "RDOT" label off the part, it can be painted over and once painting is done, there is a film you peel off exposing the lable again. If you want exact replica of OEM label that is usually found on driver's door ,try www.ecsvin.com. They require proof, pictures of the damaged door and also showing old VIN label, so I'm not sure if that will help. Good luck.

One Important Question, I was under the impresion there was a Bin Label on the Door Post (Chasis). Looking at the supra manual seems the Vin is in the door and dash but not on the door post. On the Post there should be the tired presure info and other related info, but is not for thef protection.

Can someone confirm where are the labels located for 1994 Supra?
I went to see a friends supra yesterday and he dont have a label on the door post, He also had problems with the door label, but obtain documents for the door, so i'm not 100% sure a label was not needed in the inside door post(Chasis). I do Know there is one needed in teh door.
