AEM map for 1000cc injectors and 80mm turbo
Anyone have a basemap I can use to start the car? The car will be tuned on boost comp if that matters or not.

Well my car has a 3.5 bar map. I can send you my map if you want but you are going to need to re config for that map sensor. I am not sure how good the wizard will do the change but it will probably get you running and idling I would think.

IIRC, BLKMGK made a whole bunch of basemaps and posted them up on the AEM forum a long time ago. He made them for nearly every concievable parts combination. I bet you could dig the one up for your setup from there if you need something to get started with. Also, most tuners will email you something so you can drive to thier shop (no boost).
Bobs was for a 3 bar map and mine is a 5 bar. I dont have a clue how to convert it. John Reed never PMed me back LOL.

Use bobs map and change the sensor its super easy.
go to (setup, sensors, map sensor, map sensor wizard, select AEM 5 bar "enter") and your done.

Yeah, good idea. Then wonder why the engine keeps on blowing up (You just stretched 3.5 bar worth of ignition timing out over 5 bar worth of pressure).Use bobs map and change the sensor its super easy.

Base maps arent made to be boosted on. You need to fully tune the car after the bas map is loaded. Yes even if it came off someones car that ran great.
Not to mention if you dont know how to change a simple map sensor setting. You dont even need to be touching your AEM.

Yep, that is why I try to stay away form making statements like your "super easy" one above. He admitted he hasn't a clue what he is doing with it so making things seem simpler than they are could lead to a big problem. Even though I know what you were getting at with that statement, a beginner wouldn't, as well as there bieng other problems with changing the MAP sensor, like the boost comp trim bieng thrown off, that could make a car barely even run before bieng addressed.Base maps arent made to be boosted on. I finally got my car started by richening up my warmup enrichment table. I just need to see a map with some semi tuned numbers so I know what kind of alterations to expect.
