I dont understand why everyone runs the non boost referenced aeromotive a1000 unit. Wouldnt we want to run something that increasese pressure as boost comes on? Whats the argument for the a1000 and why does everyone run it?

Are you talking about the A1000-6 regulator? If so, you are incorrect. It DOES raise pressure with boost. Here's a link for verification

Or are you somehow confusing this all with the A1000 pump?

ah i see what u are talking about now, i was looking at the aeromotive website, and it didnt say much about the a1000 being boost referenced so i assumed it wasnt, thanks for clearing that up for me.

there are a few a1000's out there. theres a fuel injected unit and then 2 carb'd units. you may have been looking at the carb'd units.
