Has anyone figured out how to make an aftermarket alarm work with the factory alarm? I like the fact that the factory alarm will 'alarm' if someone unlocks the door... they dont' even have to open it, j ust unlock it.

from what I remember about a year ago there was only one choice... totally forget about the factory alarm.

if the factory alarm was hooked upto the aftermarket it would arm ok, but when the aftermarkt alarm unlocked the doors it would set the factory alarm off....

anyone?

is there anyway to REMOVE the stock alarm? not disable it?


I know where the modual is, but if I remove it i imagine some shits gunna get jacked up




I like the stock one alot, its pretty good but if someone were to break my window and steal my shit... the ararm wouldn' thave a clue :-\


I'm going to set a prox sensor on my viper791, but only for the inside of my car so they really have to get in there to set it off....

I'm only going to have the prox encompass an area inside my car... that way when i have the top off and someone reaches in....

it'll be pretty un-sensitive
