Ok I have the read the numerous threads on the valve stem seal replacement. I am going to try and tackle it this weekend however I want to make sure I have all the proper sealant/lube that i need for the job and where to put it. I bought the complete kit from MVP with all the extra seals cam cover, front cam oil seals, etc. Now what I am not sure of is I have PERMAtex engine assemly lube will that be alright for the inside of the valve stem seals. Does everyone use the Toyota FIPG stuff and if they do where are all the places that need the sealant when I go to reassemble everything. Are there places that i DO NOT want to use the stuff with? I have read through I think 4 different very detailed posts about the process and I am still a little nervous on where I apply the FIPG. I just do not want to forget something and have her start to piss oil when I start her up for the first time. Thanks for any input!
