Tried to start the car and the pro efi would not power up. Found am2 fuse keeps blowing. Other then fuel set up there is not much to the cars wiring. Anyone have any thoughts.

Found the problem, #1 injector wire rubbed on Tb causing short.

I replaced my AEM and DLI for the Haltech P2000 EMS.
Im having the same issue, It blows a fuse "AM2" everytime on start up yet it stays running.
Never had an Issue before with this...I looked over everything, Im not sure where the short could be.
One thing I did find on my #1 coilpack clip, the wires are cracked right behind the clip at the same spot from bending I assume. Could that be it?

Anywhere you see bare wire near frame or engine block, that is a very likely source of shorts. Disconnect the clip and turn it on?

No I haven't tried that yet......I do have some spare new clips.
I should replace it and fix the exposed wires regardless.


Update: I fixed the wiring/clips and it still blows the fuse.
