A little bit better than my first one. But if you like quite steet driving, but LOUD street racing(I do not support street racing), this is awsome.

This flange and downpipe split the turine and the wastgate on the ct-26 turbo, make for a great sleeper, then a transformation to a moster when that wastgate opens up.

thats a nice peace but, it its not really and external wastegate........its just an open dump.

but still looks very nice and that will deff gain some HP......
Well, yeah, I mean, that is what I ment:D

I was thing about making one then making up a batch.

The flange is just a prototype, and the seperation is functional, but not pretty. But if I were to make up a batch, the seperator would be cleaner.

As for sound...if you like loud, then you will love it. Lots of MKIV guys hate the sound of external dump, but some love it. I myself love it. Not quite as low as just a downpipe, but getting close. Guys at stop lights will wonder what the heck just happend when that opens up. Maybe I will try to get a sound recording of it.

How much for a flange with a nice clean divider?
I have flanges, no divider, but I think with the divider, the flange will range between $50-$70. And as soon as I get a divider made, I have to figure out a way to attach it to the flange.

Any ideas?

doesnt the oxygen sensor need to see the exhaust coming from the wastegate............would seperating the exhaust cause your air/fuel mixture to be off............
Ahh, that reminds me..I still have not put the O2 bung on the downpipe.

No, O2 sensor does not need to be on the wastegate pipe.

O2 sensors are only used for cruising and idle. WOT the only thing that is measured, is the air coming in. Besides, even if you did put one there, it would read the same. The O2 sensor reads Parts Per, so it doesn't matter the volume, because the ratio will remain the same.
