I tried to search, but... Anyway I was wondering if the coilpack can go bad. If so, should I buy a new one or a used one if it has gone bad.

yea the coil pack can go bad. In some cases, it may be one of the coils. You have the options of just changing the coil by taking an allen key (don't know the size) and removing which ever one you want. Or u can just swap coil packs to be on the safe side.

you can buy them used, like said above it could be just one of the coils. but anyways buying used should be ok just make sure they worked before being removed from the car.

i'm sure it would misfire or maybe only run on 0-4 of 6 cylinders, since each pack fires 2 cylinders. big loss of power too.

no

go swing a golf club at the back of your friends right leg...then try to make him run a 5th of a mile. hell run slower, like ass, stumble, hobble etc.

same difference.

high idle could be from TPS misadjustment.
