Looking if anyone knows of any Good detailers around Im very anal about how good the paint looks on the car and it has a few spots that Im guesing a Clay Bar could remove but i dunno anything about that and don't have the time to do that. Was wondering if any of you are or know anyone that does a nice full detail. Use a claybar get everything off put a nice coat of wax and remove the small tiny scratchs you see at certain angles on it make it look brand new ya know. I posted a few pics of my car here http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=365980 and on the hood and rear bumper there are a few spots i cant get out with soap so im trying to get these out mainly.... Any help would be appreciated.

Was thinking about just repaintin it but figured i would try this first.

Thanks

IMO, you are best off doing it yourself. That way it is done EXACTLY how you wanted it. If you have someone do it, it will be north of $100, for sure.

Alright im thinking of buying the Zaino Ultimate Protection Show Car Kit. Question though is On the rear bumper there is a White residue im not sure what it is But its a bit thick u can see it and feel it its about 1mm thick and i can't scratch it off with fingers. Will the Claybar remove this or does it need to be repainted? Also what part of that kit removes oxidation?

I have a friend who is located on University and like 48th st. that does some insane detailing. He charges like $250, but hooks me and my friends up for $100... Takes like 5-6 Hours though...

Does this friend work for a shop or just do it in his spare time?

I have a friend who does this for a living. He did my car last night and did an EXCELLENT job. Tons of swirl marks that he got, used a clay bar, polished, waxed. He has different levels of services. I think the one were he spends over 4 hours on the car is $175 but I'm not completely sure. His client list contains lambos, ferraris, supras, and a whole bunch of other high end cars. PM me and I'll give him your number or you can give me yours and I'll have him call you.

I'm also interested. Do you know if he can cut and polish it? Gots to make the car look good for vegas. :)
