Zaw's Supra runs a Garrett GT4508R with the 42 cover. The 45 cover will not fit on the FULL RACE manifold.
It has made 1119WHP and 908WTQ.

We hope to have some numbers in the future with another Supra on a Precision GT4582R with the 42 cover.

Here is Zaw's dyno graph for reference.

Not the usual gt4508r

I'll be switching to this turbo but the proper gt45 front cover as I'm getting a new manifold done that will fit the gt45 comp cover

Is that graph a gtx turbo or the normal gt45?

I'm interested to see what spool is like n power at 35-40lb+

i know you are talking about the GTX4508R with the 45 cover
thats why i was stating what was on Zaw's Supra
it was just for reference if you wanted it

the graph is Zaw's Supra with the GT4508R with the 42 cover

that would be on badass 67mm turbo then...LOL

What i meant was this turbo setup have the same spool as my 67mm and made a lot more power. Great set-up!

just had a good look at that dyno graph of zaws supra

e98 seems to spool the turbo damn well!
making 300ftlb at about 4300 and 500 at about 4900

his setup sounds very similar to what ill have
built head, 3.2 stroker, same fuel setup but ill be running the gtx

The actual Garrett Gtx45 has a 87mm turbine wheel. From what I can see the closest turbo Precision offers in that size has an 85mm turbine. I've read the hype about the 11 blade Gtx wheels and haven't been convinced.

Edit: Regarding cost, some CEA Precision models are offered in a journal bearing. Wanted to point that out when analyzing prices...

Have any of these cars been down the 1/4th?
on an aborted pass running Q16 making 1033WHP
Zaw's Supra has gone [email protected]
the 1/8MPH on that pass was only at 109 also

we will head back once the weather cools abit
to see if we can lower that time

Precision quotes the minor diameter of the turbine wheels. The 80mm precision turbine is gt45 wheel 87mm/80mm.

Nice catch, I was looking at their GT42 models by error. I still don't see their actual GT45 units in the catalog.

Car is super responsive for sure. Hyperspeed did a great job.
I'm curious to see what you can do with gtx turbo on a similar set up. Keep us posted!
