I've heard of increases of up to 30#'s of torque on a single car, but have no knowledge of HP numbers. And your Cruise still works, the sub-throttle has nothing to do with the CC.

Also, this is fine for 6-speeds, but a very bad idea for people w/ stock automatic trannies. It will significantly shorten the life on an auto.

Not sure how much Hp will be gained..but some has to be gained since removing an obstruction. HKS sells a Trac removal kit that nice and neatly removes the rod and the butterfly plate. Its like 79.00. Also the 2 coolant hoses running to the bottom of the throttle body can also be removed so to speak. Just un-hook them from throttle body..and see where each end runs to...and just replace them with one long hose by passing the TB. Will keep TB cooler thus should maybe gain a little power. All the lines are for is to prevent the butterfly from sticking or freezing in really cold weather. But if you dont drive car in cold weather or dont mind a little hard start up in extreme cold then do that as well. Every little hp helps.
