I've been debating on going auton but I was wondering how hard would it be to convert my 5speed to the upgraded boost logic auto or is it easier to do a th400 swap.I'm not sure which would be cheaper also

the process should be straight forward. a BL trans should bolt right to your engine. if you search, you can find a couple threads on built autos and the TH400s.

I wouldn't do it. Find someone with an auto Supra to begin with and trade.
