Thats not *too* high of miles if it is a clean car. W/o lowballing, you may be able to get them down a bit depending on how long the car has been up for sale. It all comes down to the condition though. You can find ones with 100k miles that are cleaner and run better than ones with 50k miles. Just depends on maintenance records, owner care, and maybe last but not least, mods and the quality of those mods.

Yeah, I noticed that the tags were missing also, must be fresh paint. He also posted the car in the surpa for sale ads on this forum. Id jump on it if it were for 25-26000. In the auto trader its listed for sale as a 97 and by GT Auto, not as a private seller.

He doesnt have to thank me, I am just looking out for my fellow enthusiast, I would do it for anyone.

On another note, I loved driving that car back from Oakland...... those Cali roads are a blast once you get out of the metropolis!

Thanks alpine MKIV, check out the email he sent me.

There are two individuals that have expressed interest in the car, other than
yourself. One is in LA county and the other in Orange County....I can't tell a
serious buyer from a non-serious one...they all sound serious. I mentioned a
week only because I'm extremely interested in a quick sale and therefore willing
to lower the price. Certainty has its value! I do have all records along with
service receipts etc... I owned the car for approximately three months, I am
the third owner. I owned a previous supra for six years, sold it to buy my
home. I purchased a home for my family and I and as soon as I could, I jumped
into another Supra, by far my favorite car ever. However, when I sold my first
one, I must of had an emotional parting with Supras, I'm suffering for the "been
there done that" syndrome. My first supra was highly modified and very
fast....I thought I could leave this one stock but I'm already wanting to
modify. So, I don't want to build another supra, I think I'm going to get the
next M3 due out next year. Let me know,
Enrique

And a second one.....

If you are a serious buyer and can produce a cashier's check within the next
week, I'm willing to let her go for $29.5k. This is my absolute rock bottom
price. I know what I have, this is my second Supra, I owned one for six years
prior to buying this one, this one is ultra clean! The car also has an Eclipse
Stereo, Diamond Audio 6.5" component spkrs, 10" JL audio subwoofer, sounds nice. Let me know....Thanks for emailing and good luck.
Enrique :blast:
