I have the BL67 kit, TH400, AEM, DLI, Meth. injection. Anything over 22psi it just blows out the spark even with my plugs gapped at .025. Should I look into a Kenne-Bell Boost-a-spark?

gap it down even lower.... to like .023 and see what it does....

Are you still on the distributor or coil packs? 22psi with an ignition amplifier you really shouldn't have any problem.

Distributor. I am on 22psi fine, but 24+ blows out the spark. Maybe my DLI is acting up.
