I would use a shielded spade personnaly, otherwise its a good idea. I bought a bunch of the ones that glow when popped. Saves alot of headaches

Okay, here's a follow-up:

I did recieve these fuses with built in taps and attempted to use them -- I'm sorry to say I can't recommend them. The idea is great but the execution is poor. I found the hinged tab very weakly attached and prone to coming out rendering it useless. I ended up buying traditional fuse taps $1 per box - a much more robust connection.

Oh well.
