Anyone done kick panels

I'm in the middle of putting 6.5 Boston midbasses in the kickpanels. Drivers side is pretty much done. Passengers side turned into more of a headache even without the fuse panel making space tight. I pulled the braces down there, enlarged the holes, fabbed some spacers and sealed the area with expandable foam and silicon. Came out pretty nice but getting the brace off of the passenger side took about three hours. The top bolt next to the heater fan was almost impossible to get out but I finally got it.
