It happened to me - I blew out the block heater (mounted in the frost plug location) on the dyno. I've since replaced that block heater with a new freeze plug (Georgia doesn't get that cold, thank goodness).
Anyone ever blow a frost plug?

I was on the Dyno earlier today, and I think I blew out the frost plug under load, I was only running 1.1bar on my T78, and all of a sudden I was in a puddle of coolant..
Anyone?
