Is the hole in the tank?

Because you can take it to a good fabrication shop with a tig welder, and they should be able to fix it, the hole may not look pretty when they are done, but it will save you from buying a new one. Depends on how bad it is, some welders(like myself) could make it look good. :)

Do you have a tig welder?

I'd take it to a shop, it may cost you a bit more, but usually you can get a scrap peice of aluminum. Hell if you wanted to be fancy you could have a apexi logo made from aluminum then weld it over the hole. A good welder can lay a perfect bead...

You can also take it to a radiator shop. They should be able to fix that.
