im trying to see if my afm is bad, i searched the tsrm but could only find the specs on the air intake temp sensor. anyone know where i can find the rest? its for an 89 turbo.

what do you need to know? frequency? if you need that, let me know, or anyone else with E-Manage, we can measure it.....

unless you have access to an oscilloscope, a profec b, or maybe an emanage you will have a very hard time checking the frequency output of your afm. BTW IIRC the frequency is supposed to be between 30hz at idle and 160+hz at higher rpms.

heh. you recall incorrectly. under full boost you'll see 1300+ hz, FC occurs around 1500 hz, i've see in excess of 2000 hz @ 20+ psi......

then how else can i check to see if the afm is bad? with the temp sensor you measure the resistance, you cant do that with the afm?
