Hi guys....My supra is BPU +++ and now with single Turbo T60-1
stock fuel, with turbonetics manifold and deltagate wastegate.
(VPC + GCC + AVCR + HKS CAM GEAR)

The question is:

1. How many / anyone have any experience with deltagate ?
2. Is is worth it to upgrade the wastegate with turbonetics "NEWGEN" waste gate ?

thanks guy any answer will be help...

Have been running with the deltagate mark II and it didn´t work good for me!!!
It made ( don`t know excatly what u call it in english) "boost cribble"
It could not hold the boost in long runs in 5t and 6t gear!!!

But I was also running a T66 at that time ( to large amount of hp for that wastegate maybe)

If U want a gate that 100% works in any conditions go with the HKS gt one ( my choice )

Runi... :dj:

Turbonetics made a Deltagate as well as a Deltagate Racegate.

The Deltagate was only good for ~400hp or so, and the Racegate was good for ~900hp or so (these are claimed I believe). They look very similar, and use the same diaphragm, just that the Racegate has a larger valve, and larger flange areas, allowing higher flow. Many people have used the Racegate with pretty good success (on the cast manifold setups, some RPS setups and so forth). I wouldn't recommend the Deltagate to any Supra owner though. The HKS gates are some of the best out there.

Smeagol is correct, the racegate is far more suited for a Supra BPU supra, not to mention a single turbo Supra. :p The regular deltagate, when used in applications less than 400hp, are great wastegates.

I've got a Racegate on my setup and run 24 psi at the track and have never had a problem with it.
