Well, my turbo will be getting rebuilt soon(Hope that is the boost problem), I have a Spearco IC and Hard pipes that will go in with the rebuilt turbo. I am only running 4 psi right now with BPU setup. Is there anyway to actually test the stock wastegate actuator (on or off the turbo doesn't matter)?

yeah i think turbo shops should actually be able to tell you when you get it rebuilt... well the place that checked mine did...

they pointed out that one of the actuators on my 1JZ were stuffed and that turned out why there was pre-mature failure on the front turbo  where most of failures should happen to the rear as thats the hottest due to lack of air flow.
