I just installed my afc and am going to take my car to get it tuned this weekend, but i noticed the rpm's on the afc do not match the tach is this normal or is something wrong? I checked all conn. seem ok, I think there are two different pin's to get rpm's from i used the one on mkiv AFC INSTALL. Thank's in advance.

Goto etc mode and make sure car type is 6 cyl, throtlte up and to the right.

also sensor should be hotwire-12/12.

Damn... then it must be on the wrong wire or something, I don't know.....

It *should* read low by about 100-200RPM but not by many hunrdeds.....
