What is the difference between a S-AFC with the Japanese instruction manuals and the one with the English manual. Other than the fact that I can't read one of them

Just keep in mind the the Japanese Supra uses a speed density system and not the MAF the US Supra uses. You will be intersepting the MAF singnal on a US Supra vs. the boost sensor signal on the Japanese Supra.
