After the 3r generation of the 1JZ GTE that was VVTi, all coming 2JZ GTE was VVTi too or are 2JZ GTEs without VVTi????

YES.

Taking that picture as example, wich sensors/parts are not usually included on JDM sellings at ebay?

Is the 1JZGTE VVTi using map or maf? If map, where is it bolted?
Where the coils are located? Under the head cover cap?
Where the igniter is located?
Any other part that I have to be care of it when buy a used engine to my rig??

Make sure it has the transfer case, or that can cost you a lot. And try and ensure its a CP308 VIN# case, as those are the one with helical packs. But if its not its no biggie as long as you don't go for 700+WHP.
