because some of us just wheels to race on.
ccws are among the cheapest 3-piece wheels you can get in your own specs.
it would be nice to find a cheaper race wheel, but race wheels pretty much require light weight and maximum specs which aren't offered on regular wheels to fit tires and clear suspension etc. etc, which limits you to those you can have custom made, and again that's difficult to find cheaper. for a wheel that's got excellent build quality, excellent customer service, and excellent insurance that if it breaks it will be replaced at their cost not yours, it is an excellent value. :)

I can't see a knockoff CCW wheel being forged for too much of a lower price. CCW's are a bargain compared to most of the other wheels in its class.

You probably want to wait for Tenzo-R or R1 to make a cast single-piece copy.
Since they seem to make a cheap copy of every other wheel out there.
:dunno:

CCW knockoffs? Not yet, but only a matter of time. Remember, CCW and IForge started by knocking off HREs so it's likely the ADR-type manufacturers will knock these off as well. They've already done it to the whole Volk/Rays line-up.
