what are your best results with a bpu(any+) no NOS for a automatic tranny and a stock tc? any idea? any information would help.
When I was BPU and stock trans/TC, mt best times were 11.7s at 118 mph. With a high stall TC, I was able to hit 11.5. There have been others who have done about the same and a few a little better.badtoy said:what are your best results with a bpu(any+) no NOS for a automatic tranny and a stock tc? any idea? any information would help.
123 mph is awesome! I never got close to that. 119 mph was the best trap speed I was able to attain at BPU. I wonder how much your cam gears may contribute to your trap speed? Also, I didn't put in the electric fans till after I went BPU. They may help a little too.badtoy said:@supratta96,
wow, 11,7 with stock tc and 11,5 with a high stall tc.... realy bad # for stock twins and automatic tranny. this week my local shop will rebuild and upgrade my auto tranny. on the g-tech I was able to run in 12,1 at 123 mph the 1/4 mile with my bad tranny. only 1 time a day the 2nd time the tranny begin to slip. I hope I will have some nice # next week end.
