Hello Steve,

How are you? I am fine. Can you help me with my tire fitment issues. I used your fitment guide, but it continued to say that
a 19x9 with any practical offset (40-45) and any tire wider than a 235/35 would rub the inside fender well. Is that 100% accurate? I am planning to run 19x9 and 19x10 both with 45 offsets. I have Eibachs and AGX's on the car. I already have the tires:245/35/19 and 275/30/19. I may be able to sell these and pick up some 255/35's and 285/30's. I don't want the side walls to balloon/stick out passed the rim though. I hate that look.
Thank you in advance.

James Cusack:)

James,

It will probably fit without a problem, but I have never tried it and it will be close on the front. A 255/30R19 is actually a better fitment. Only the Pirelli P-Zero Rosso offers this size, so I wouldn't change unless your 275/30R19's are also the Pirelli P-Zero Rosso.

Thanks Steve Jarvis, 1 more question...

Thanks Steve.

Another question please. What do you think about running the 245/35/19 front and a 285/30/19 on the back on the aforementioned rims?

Thanks again,

James

The 285 is quite a bit taller and will cause the car to understeer more with the 245's up front.
